Set your suburb, fill the cart, choose Express or a scheduled window. Here's the whole thing, start to finish.
1Set your suburb first
Before anything else, pick your suburb from the dropdown at the top of the page.
This isn't a formality. Your suburb determines which of our licensed stores fills your order, what's in stock, and what you pay. Prices and availability are set per store, so the catalogue you see is the one that can actually reach you tonight.
If your suburb isn't in the list, we don't deliver there yet.
2Fill the cart
Browse by category or search directly if you know what you want. Every product card shows the price for your store — not a national average.
- Free delivery kicks in over $18. Most orders clear it without trying. The cart shows how far off you are.
- Booze Points accrue on everything. They stack automatically and come off at checkout once you have enough.
3Choose Express or a scheduled window
At checkout you pick how it arrives:
- Express — we send it now, on the next available run.
- Scheduled — pick a window later tonight if you'd rather it land closer to when people arrive.
Scheduled is the better choice if you're ordering ahead for something starting later. Express is the better choice if the fridge is already empty.
4Confirm your address
Enter the delivery address against the suburb you selected in step one.
If the address turns out to sit in a different store's zone, we'll tell you before you pay and re-price the cart. That's the correct price for the store that can actually get to you, and you'll see the change before anything is charged.
5Be there with ID
An adult has to accept the order in person. Our driver will ask for valid photo ID showing you're 18 or over.
- Australian driver licence
- Passport
- Proof of Age card
- Keypass
The order can't be left at the door, handed to a minor, or given to someone who can't produce ID. If nobody eligible is there to accept it, the driver takes it back. It's a condition of our liquor licence, not a preference.
Plan for it: if you're ordering to a party, make sure whoever's near the door knows the order is coming and has their ID on them.
6Track it
Once the driver picks up, you'll get a live map and arrival alerts. No need to watch the door.
Cut-off times
Same-day orders close at 8pm. A countdown appears on the site in the last three hours so you know exactly how long you've got. After cut-off, orders roll to the next delivery day.
Why order instead of driving
Free delivery over $18, no drive, no parking, no queue at the counter. On most baskets the total lands close to what you'd pay in-store anyway — you just don't lose the trip.
That's the whole idea: cheaper than the trip.
